That's How I Roll
This morning Landry decided that her new trick for the day was to roll over...and over and over. She rolled over 5 times in a row and thought she was something. You could just see the pride in her face. A little later, I thought...Hmm. Wouldn't it be nice to see her roll over again. She thought differently. No rolling on my time....only on the Landry clock will she perform her tricks. I tried to 'help' her, encourage her, heck, I even rolled her over once myself and she was having no part of it. She is not going to be the 'trick on demand' kind of kid. If she had words to offer me...I think she would simply say 'Hey Mama, this is my world and that's just how I roll.'
