Landry went to her first Canton Flea Market today! For those of you that don't know what it is, it is a HUGE outdoor market held in Canton, MS in October and May and is one of the largest of its kind. I swore I was never going back again after fighting through the crowds in October but I decided to go at the last minute anyway. According the website, it says that there have been as many as 50,000 people there for the one day market! Luckily the crowds were smaller this time and my faith was restored. The weather was a little hot at times but all in all it was pretty nice today. Little Miss Landry was a dream. She did so great only getting a little grumpy one time and that was solved with a bottle. She was decked out in her sunglasses, hat and a little sunscreen. She got smiles at every turn. This kid certainly gets her fair share of attention. I know I am certainly a fan :)

The funny thing about today is that I totally planned on going to Canton and buying one of everything for her and I didn't. I bought her some hair bows and that was about it for her. There were so many cute things there but I could make most of them myself so I couldn't bring myself to buy something I could do.

I want to send my congratulations to the Burgess family for the birth of their beautiful daughter Chayse. She is an answered prayer like Landry and her Mommy and Daddy are some smiling folks these days. This baby has a gorgeous complexion and is just a knock out. I need to see if I can get a discount on LOCKS to protect our girls!!!

Well, it has been a long day for me so I am headed to the bed. Nighty night!
