Cohen meets Grandaddy & Grandma
What a CRAZY trip! It is quite a feat getting through an airport with a toddler and an eight week old. I was so nervous about it that I forgot Landry's car seat (MOMMY of the YEAR!). I didn't realize it until I was landing in Orlando and was thinking through the process of getting them both off the plane and out to baggage claim. I panicked but thanks to modern technology I had the closest Walmart mapped on my phone before I ever got off the plane. I strapped Landry in a regular seat belt and prayed. It was only 5 miles away and we n
ever even got on the interstate. No harm done but I sure learned my lesson. When we got there we had a very relaxing visit with Daddy and Russ. They were supposed to come visit me but his back was still hurting and he couldn't make the trip. I have made a commitment to myself and my Daddy to make sure he sees the kids as often as we can. I want to see him at least 2 or 3 times a year although that's proven to be more difficult since having Cohen. We hope to see him again before the year is out and we will drive so start praying now!!
